Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Cisco Telephony
Experience with Administrating Cisco Call Manager
Ability to create/delete/modify Users, Phone extensions, Softphones (Jabber)
Experience in configuring Cisco Phone features, Voice mail, IM & Presence.
